There were other characters during the three seasons that got mentioned in the credits. I'm only going to be listing the regularly appearing characters, not the minor characters that only appeared once or twice and that was it. However, there have been a couple of somewhat relevant characters that have turned up more than once, but aren't regulars. Characters like Gareth's father might be added later in a section about "recurring characters".

Chef deCuisine; largest contributor to decibel level in England.

[Janice Blackstock] Janice Blackstock  (Caroline Lee Johnson)

Wife of Gareth, runs the business side of the restaurant in Series I & II. Also Maitre'd in Series II.

[Everton] Everton Stonehead  (Roger Griffiths)

Most frequent target of Chef's verbal tirades. Expert in Caribbean Food.

[Lucinda] Lucinda  (Claire Skinner)

Series I Only. Sous Chef (Assistant Chef).

[Piers] Piers  (Gary Parker)

Series I Only. Piers is another kitchen lackey. Told Chef where to get Stilton Cheese.

[Otto] Otto  (Erkan Mustafa)

Series I Only. Otto is another kitchen lackey.

[Lola] Lola  (Elizabeth Bennett)

Series I Only. The Maitre'd of the restaurant.

[Gustav LaRoche] Gustav LaRoche  (Ian McNeice) - Series II

Series II & III. Sous Chef. Is a recovering alcoholic.

Series II Only. Appears to be second in line to Gustav. Doesn't like Gustav.

Series II Only. Kitchen personnel.

[Donald] Donald  (Gary Bakewell)

Series II Only. Sommelier (Wine Waiter).

[Cyril] Cyril Bryson  (Dave Hill)

Series III Only. Owner of La Chateau (in Series III). Has the hots for Savanna. 

[Savanna] Savannah Concord  (Lorelei King)

Series III Only. American. Very sure of herself. Has lots of stories about kitchen life in LA.  Has the hots for Gareth, and hates Gustav.

Reneé Bryson  (Sophie Walker) 

Series III Only. Daughter of Cyril. Rather annoying generally incompetent kitchen personnel.
